Multimedia/audiovisual recordings: Photographs, videos and audio recordings are oftentimes taken during MEHTG events (both registered as well as unregistered functions) to share on our community groups and social media. Many in our community cherish these memories. Please provide written non-consent if you do not wish photos of yourself or any of your dependents to be shared in this manner.

Prohibited consumables: Non-vegetarian food, tobacco, smoking/vaping, alcohol or other intoxicants as well as any kind of illicit drugs are strictly forbidden in the Mandir premises and grounds.

Personal loss or injury: MEHTG management is not responsible for any physical injury, damage or loss of any personal belongings.

Health and Safety: Please follow any relevant health and safety briefings provided by MEHTG

Footwear: Shoes are not permitted in the upstairs Bhumi Devi Sanctum Sanctorium or Annapoorna Devi Banquet Hall
 

Etiquette/Behaviour: Please be mindful that classes and meetings take place in the various rooms at MEHTG, it is appreciated if noise in the corridors outside any rooms in use could be kept to a minimum. Rowdy or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards MEHTG volunteers or anyone visiting our Mandir will not be tolerated and you may be requested to leave. 

Cleanliness & tidiness: Each one of us has a responsibility to keep our Mandir clean and tidy. Please leave the facilities and rooms you use at MEHTG clean and tidy, and please let our volunteers know if you notice anything that doesn't seem right or needs sorted.

Parking: Please only park in our car park or in nearby streets. It is prohibited to use parking spaces belonging to surrounding residents. Please do not block anyone's driveways.
 

Children: Please ensure your children are supervised at all times
 

Food/Allergies: Food & Prasad items are at the Mandir are all vegetarian but may contain nuts & other allergens. If you have allergies, please check with the team and avoid items that you are unsure of
